I was so honored to photograph this local Ventura wedding. Brandon and Nicole got married at the beautiful and quaint Ventura Mission and celebrated their nuptials at the Venutra Museum across the street. The day moved quickly and after the ceremony I had exactly ten minutes of light to capture some portraits of the bride and groom. I was able to capture some romantic timeless photos that will be cherished for generations to come. Interested in wedding photography? Please contact me for pricing and info.

This handsome couple had a very intimate wedding with a guest list of 60, 20 of which were kids! They got married at the south-west corner of Marina Park at the end of Seaward . We quickly went to their beach home down the street to reenact their morning ritual of enjoying a cup of joe on the sand. The groom had some super sweet classic rides at their home so we played around with these as props too. Lastly, I used the building where their reception was as a backdrop for the final photos. The wedding reception location, The Water Mark was where they had their very first date! It was a short and sweet sentimental wedding, after dinner the bride changed into her evening wedding dress and danced the night away with her new husband.
These two love birds got married at the beautiful Lady of Sorrows church in Santa Barbara. After their ceremony, they took a ride on the “Jump on a School Bus” which is a very old school-bus converted into a mean wedding transportation machine. Their reception was at the wonderful Montecito Country Club. I adore this San Diego family so much! I had the pleasure of photographing the brides sisters wedding shortly after this wedding too. I’m so lucky to have met this wonderful group of people.
Catherine and Pedram had the wedding of the century at Santa Barbara’s Doubletree. Pedram comes from an Iranian background and Catherine comes from an American Indian background and it was so awesome to see both families celebrate their union. The ceremony was like a pow-wow something that I have never seen before in all my ten years plus of shooting weddings. First of all, instead of the grooms walking in one-by-one and the mom walking down with Pedram they danced their way down the aisle. The moments were priceless and really set the mood for the entire wedding day. The ceremony was very special and adorned with many symbolic treats. I could have spent all day photographing the traditional Iranian ceremonial decor! Another big difference in this event was that there was no bridesmaid just six very handsome groomsmen. Catherine had her brothers stand next to her instead. I feel so very fortunate to have photographed this jaw dropping beautiful wedding. Thank you Catherine and Pedram and your family for having me at your wedding! It was an honor to be there and document the day.
